Attorney
Roberts
is
President and Chairman of
the Board of the
Preventive Medicine Center a
non-profit charitable and tax
deductible organization that
provides resources and information
on conventional, alternative, and
complementary medicines, advice on
whole foods/high fiber approaches to
healthful nutrition including
macrobiotics, cooking classes, and
lectures.

The Preventive
Medicine Center is
dedicated to promoting a
realistic, supportive,
holistic approach to
health - achieving
disease prevention and
reversal, where
possible, through a
combination of
innovative, traditional,
and alternative methods.
The philosophy of the
Preventive Medicine
Center is based on the
concept of the Natural
Human Design:
we are
genetically strong and
designed to be well, not
ill. Mistakes of living
break down these natural
strengths. Everything on
this site is an
"invitation to
consider..." We offer
extensive information on
nutrition as a "Liv-it"
and not a die-t,
exercise, and an
optimistic/stress-reducing
outlook that gives you
the freedom to be
healthy, happy, and to
pursue your goals in
life.
Attorney Roberts has worked with Dr.
Silverstein for 25 years, and is a
practitioner of the dietary principles
and philosophy they both espouse. “In a
nutshell, I ‘walk the
talk." The Center
is a
non-profit holistic health
education organization
dedicated to the prevention
and reversal of multiple
diseases simultaneously.
Dr. Silverstein, Medical
Director, and Ms. Roberts
hosted lectures and
book
signings
at various
of the local Whole Foods
stores.

Some of the recipes
offered at the
Preventive Medicine
Center, are
macrobiotic recipes;
others are based on Dr.
Silverstein's "Liv-it"
program of grains like
brown
rice/barley/millet/quinoa,
vegetables, beans,
fruits, and nuts &
seeds.
All ingredients in these
recipes should be
organic wherever
possible and
GMO-free as
well, for optimal
nutritional value and
flavor. Please support
your organic farms and
stores that sell organic
foods. Our personal
health is also dependent
on a healthy
environment, and
organic, GMO-free
farming contributes to
our planet's health. |
